Thank you for sharing your experience so authentically Meredith- it prompted me to pause, which is great for the impulsivity heh :). Your writing/ sharing reminded me of the importance of internal connection and internal valuing over external attachment and external validation. Anchoring in who we are and what matters to us as we navigate lived experiences

Holy moly! That was a lot going on BTS while you were getting your book together. I love how you've shared perspectives on how it's not a generic rollout when you also have ADHD, the RSD, imposter syndrome and all those icky things. Investing in the support to help you through this was so awesome! It sounds like a lot of growth occurs when writing and promoting a book! Awesome stuff!
