Yes agreed! I really summarize all of these behaviors as burnout behaviors… they get so burnt out from overthinking, sensory overwhelm, nervousness, that they can go into functional freeze… if there is cptsd on top, it’s 10x… so becoming aware of the symptoms and managing them changes everything! Then change gets easier 🤗
Like the title of your newsletter: It all makes sense now! I don't feel alone with this weird feeling now. I often feel too scared of making the change happen. But I crave it so deeply. Yet I am changing already. Sometimes not the way I imagined and that is ok. It just takes a lot of work and also grieving to accept and actually embrace it. Yes, I agree, and often we are seeking a transition in the first place because we are struggling with burnout.
